Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Riffzen, a service for creating music campaigns, generating lyric videos, scheduling YouTube Shorts, automatic publishing, and tracking campaign performance. By using Riffzen, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your account and content

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and connect only channels you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your account activity and for reviewing campaign content and posting settings.

You retain your rights in your songs, lyrics, recordings, artwork, and other content. You authorize Riffzen and its processing providers to process, store, transcribe, render, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you request, including uploading it to your connected YouTube channel. You must hold all necessary permissions for the material you upload or publish. Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

YouTube connection and publishing

Riffzen uses YouTube API Services. Use of the YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's applicable policies. Riffzen is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Connecting YouTube grants the permissions you approve on Google's consent screen. Enabling Fully Automatic Mode authorizes Riffzen to upload campaign videos and set publication times on your behalf. Videos are initially uploaded privately and scheduled for publication. Review your campaign and channel before enabling this feature. Performance-based optimization may adjust eligible future posts.

You can pause or cancel future campaign work and revoke Google access. Riffzen controls do not remove videos already uploaded or cancel schedules already held by YouTube. Manage those videos in YouTube Studio. Uploads and scheduling can fail or be delayed because of quotas, authorization, platform restrictions, or service availability.

AI output and results

AI-generated lyrics, captions, hooks, plans, and recommendations can contain errors. Check them before use. Riffzen does not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, audience growth, or particular campaign results. Performance data reflect the statistics available from YouTube and may be delayed or incomplete.

Plans and payments

Prices, plan limits, trial conditions, and renewal terms are shown in the product and checkout. Paid features remain subject to your plan and service quotas. Manage subscriptions through the billing controls provided in Riffzen. Disconnecting YouTube or revoking access does not cancel a paid subscription.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not bypass account protections, misuse another person's data, interfere with the service, or use Riffzen to violate platform rules. Features may change or become unavailable. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. We will provide notice of material changes when required. Review the terms before continuing to use changed features.
